Whilst we endeavour to display colours as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your computer will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product.
If your order is not as described or is defective, you may return it to us. Consumers have the right to return faulty or non-described goods. These terms and conditions do not interfere with your rights.

 

3. Orders

 

SME reserves the right, but is not limited to, refusing an order if: (1) your order is out of stock; (2) your card issuer refuses to authorise the request; or (3) the product or pricing information is incorrect. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order with details of the product, colour and quantity. This email is only a confirmation of information and is not a contract between you and SME.
The contract will only become effective upon confirmation of receipt of the products listed in the email.

 

4. Product Prices

 

Prices shown on the website are in Hong Kong Dollars. All prices and offers are based on advertised prices. Unless there is a human error, the price of the product displayed on the website at the time of order acceptance will be deemed valid.
If your credit card is denominated in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars, the final price will be based on the exchange rate on the date the transaction is processed by your credit card company.
We are unable to make price adjustments to products. Once an item has been purchased online or in-store, we do not offer price adjustments. Prices may vary between in-store and online. We do not offer price adjustments.

Users must confirm that they are the owner of the credit/debit card or that you are specifically authorised to use the card by the owner of the credit/debit card. We will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery if the card issuer refuses to authorise payment to SME.
